A Summer Wedding, Done Properly

In August, we provided full technical and event support for a summer wedding, covering everything from lighting and sound through to staging and site coordination.

Site & Layout

With space spread across the site, we worked closely with the marquee supplier to make sure everything landed exactly where it needed to — keeping the layout clean, practical, and ready for the day to flow without friction.

Lighting, Sound & Power

Over 200 metres of festoon lighting were installed across the outdoor areas, creating a warm, consistent look as the evening set in. Inside the marquee, subtle uplighting kept things atmospheric without overpowering the space, while band lighting lifted the energy later on.

For audio, we deployed our RCF ART Mk4 system to deliver clear, even coverage for the ceremony and speeches. A Sennheiser radio mic setup ensured everything was heard properly, even in the open air.

With the ceremony positioned away from mains power, we ran a dedicated generator setup to keep everything self-contained and tidy.

The Result

It’s a good example of what we aim for — solid planning, clean execution, and a setup that supports the day without getting in the way of it.
